They don't listen!

Working everyday on December is even more pleasant when you have customer like this!

Cust: My Husband phone is not working
Me: What's the Number of your Husband?
Cust: I don't know! (With disappointed voice)
Me: What's the name of your Husband?
Cust: I don't know! (With Very disappointed voice)
Me: You don't know your Husband NAME????
Cust: No i mean i know it but (and continue to talk without listening..)
